Temporary, Part-time (Maternity cover contract for up to one year)

Salary: 27,849 - 33,661 pro rata plus London Weighting of 3,229 if applicable
Location: London, WC1H
Hours: 30 per week (occasional evening and weekend work to suit service need)

Can you help us deliver the highest quality care services by supporting development and identifying areas for improvement? We are seeking a suitably qualified care professional who can monitor and support services, staff and users to ensure we are delivering the best possible care. You will also join the corporate safeguarding team, investigating incidents and help us manage risks.

We run a diverse range of services for people with sight loss and who have additional disabilities. Some of our services are stand alone, others are linked to schools or colleges, working with people of all ages from 2years to 105years, so you will need to be familiar with a range of legislation and standards.

If you have a recognised professional qualification in a relevant field, e.g. Diploma in Social Work, QCF or equivalent in Care or Nursing, with previous experience of inspecting, monitoring or managing registered care homes or services, or residential special schools we would like to hear from you.

Appointment subject to an ISA Barred Lists and Enhanced Criminal Records Check.
