FIRM. A top 40 law firm with offices through out the UK is seeking to increase their property litigation team in Reading. You will be joining a strong team consisting of three partners and 15 property litigation assistants based out of five offices. The firm has had a 25% increase in profit over the last two years and they are building on this in the year 2012.
VACANCY. Based in the Reading office you will carry out a full range of property litigation with a biased towards landlord and tenant work including:
- Business lease renewals
- Break notices
- Claims relating to landlord's consent
- Dilapidations claims
- Forfeiture
- Possession claims
-Service charge issues and tenant default
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED. Ideally, you will come from a well known property litigation team and enjoy business development. You will be working in a team environment where a fair and supportive approach is encouraged, team orientated skills are therefore required.
You will join one of the largest and most national property litigation teams in the regions with an impressive client base including national retailers, residential developers and investment landlords.
