Job Description You will be responsible for ensuring that all customers documents are dealt with correctly in time and assisting in the customer management process. You will manage the customer experience and expectations by entering all data onto the correct database, sending requests for information, entering returned data in an accurate manner, sending remittance advice documents, sending ad-hoc mailers, entering information onto a regulator-led database, and other general administrative tasks.
