Technical design expert - Carrier MPLS UC pre sales - WAN Technical design expert with 10-15 years experience responsible for capturing the customer requirements and designing and proposing robust, supportable and fit for purpose solutions for big public service networks 4-7 years contracts 50 milion spend that align both with a clients business drivers and maximises our ability to differentiate, within voice, data, and converged environments This is a great role, you will have a breadth of knowledge with the ability to hold credible conversations at a technical and business level with a range of customer representations. Strong demonstrable Pre sales experience is paramount, with the ability to produce ' high level ' scope of works and technical proposal documentation, associated supporting material in response to sales engagement with existing and new accounts and more formal ITT, RFP responses in the Public s ector environment. You will also have the ability to whiteboard/present solutions back into the customer (technical and non technical) We are looking for very strong Carrier skills, (MPLS, VPLS, Access, LLU) Cisco UC, associated applications and integrations into exchange and OCS built upon a solid foundation routing and switching technologies. Previous exposure to WLAN an associated technologies (voWLAN, RFID etc) is a must and a solid understanding of the security requirements around these element.
