Service Area Administrator
An exciting opportunity exists for a Service Area Administrator to join a leading telecommunications company in the West Midlands on a contract basis.
As Service Area Administrator your responsibilities will be;
- Effective queue management ensuring all Access planned/unplanned are met within scope of SLA's
- Respond efficiently to calls made to the region, filtering and distributing effectively throughout the teams in a polite and courteous manner
- Ensure management of Site Diary cases are created in a timely and accurate manner
- Various miscellaneous administrative tasks
Key skills required for this role as Service Area Administrator;
- proven background in achieving SLA targets, striving for high achievement
- demonstrable proficiency in the use of MS applications and basic systems
- discernible good written and interpersonal skills
- proven ability to adopt a flexible approach to the needs of the business
