An exciting opportunity has arisen with a strong national commercial firm to join its Corporate team in Newcastle.
The successful applicant will be working in a friendly team dealing with a varied caseload of Corporate matters such as M&A's, flotation/share issues and venture capital. The firm have a strong regional focus and excellent client base.
You will have at least 6 months strong Corporate experience and ideally live or have ties to the local area.
Candidates who have around NQ-4 years PQE are likely to have the right level of knowledge/experience to undertake the role, however, this has been given as an approximate guide for applicants and our client is happy to consider the applications of candidates who fall outside of this PQE range but who have the relevant knowledge/experience.
