You will
Manage and maintain service information databases
Maintain our appointment systems
Extract, audit and analyse critical data
Ensure that all reporting frameworks are maintained in a timely manner
Undertake administration for a number of key service meetings
Ensure the effective running of a busy reception area.
A can do attitude and a flexible approach are vital to this role, which acts as a hub for staff communication in relation to recording outcomes, managing appointments and ensuring effective MIS within the service.
Your outstanding IT and communication skills together with creative problem solving and a sound understanding of audit and quality frameworks will make you an asset to our service. An ability to work with people under stress is essential.
A relevant qualification and a working knowledge of multi agency settings and local structures would prove advantageous in this role.
