Ascentia Corporate Coaching is recruiting for a highly skilled Personal Assistant for the busy director.
Ascentia is an executive coaching company providing products and services to organisations to leverage the potential of their people. Our focus is on the people in organisations, how to coach and develop them to their fullest potential and how to organise them and the systems around them to maximise their collective potential in the organisational context.
The PA will provide comprehensive secretarial support to the Director. The successful candidate will be self motivated and have a positive can do approach. You will need to be a proficient user of Microsoft Office suite (i.e. word-processing, databases, spreadsheets, PowerPoint) to advanced level (RSA/OCR Level III or equivalent).
Responsibilities
To effectively co-ordinate demands of the Director
Complex diary management including liaising with senior executives to book appointments
Assisting the director with travel and itinerary arrangements
Typing of confidential meeting notes, emails, proposals, presentations, tenders
Audiotyping with digital dictaphone
Prepare information packs and records as required for planned business meetings / events.
Managing Administrative Assistant
General office administration

Strong MS Office skills, including email, spreadsheets
Excellent communication skills both oral and written
Polite, professional and friendly telephone manner
Very organised and able to prioritise tasks

Salary and hours
25-30 hours per week, flexible
£22 - £25k FTE
The position
The recruitment process will be in four stages.
