Our client is seeking and experienced CNC Turner/Miller with machine setting experience to produce high quality components at
reasonable cost.
Key Activities:
Operate CNC milling machine to a high standard
Ability to program online (G Code)
Ability to read and understand drawings and work within tolerances stated
Select suitable tools and cutters
Ensure all components produced meet specifications using appropriate measuring equipment
Work to instructions given both written and verbal
Ensure job times are recorded
Operate overhead cranes and all lifting equipment in a safe manner
To ensure the correct use and maintenance of protective clothing and equipment supplied
To perform all tasks with due regard to health and safety and keep all working areas tidy
Any tasks within the knowledge and responsibility level of the post
My client operates a 2 shift rota on 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday. Please only apply if you have the relevant skills and experience and are happy to work a 2 shift rotating shift.
