An exciting opportunity for an Area Sales Representative has just become available at Lord Technical in Gateshead, Tyne & Wear.

Here at Lord Technical, we provide a huge selection of surveying equipment for purchase or hire. We also offer an excellent repair and calibration service to maintain customers own instruments. We have built up, over many years, an extensive client base through our commitment to customer satisfaction, a reliable delivery service and our customer-orientated approach.

We are now looking for an Area / Field Sales Representative to join our sales team so that we can continue to expand our existing client base and build on our successful reputation. As our Sales Executive you will be travelling across the North East promoting our extensive range of surveying products as well as managing and working with our existing clients.

Area Sales Representative / Territory Sales Executive Duties:
* Travel across the North East visiting established and prospective clients
* Create and follow up sales leads
* Manage our existing client base ensuring customer satisfaction
* Undertake training in order to demonstrate surveying, measuring and inspection equipment, plus a wide range of technical instruments

Area Sales Representative / Territory Sales Executive Person Specification:
* UK driver's licence
* Solid experience in a similar sales role
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent relationship-building skills
* Self-motivated and a passion for sales and new business
