Our client has a long and well earned reputation for the quality of its practice, its commerciality, profitability, and for constantly punching well above its weight. An opening has arisen for an employment partner to join the small team and make a key contribution to the growth and development of this practice area. The firm has a strong corporate practice which provides some employment related work, but the majority is stand alone.

Ideally you will already be a well established partner in a competing practice, and have a strong portable client base. This is a firm with a great record of successful lateral hiring; it offers a great contrast to the big City firms, actively encouraging autonomy within a supportive partnership.
