This is a great opportunity to work with a chambers ranked, multiple partner structured finance team servicing both financial services and blue chip corporates both in the UK and across other jurisdictions. You will enjoy a varied diet of work to include but not exclusively; asset sales, debt funds, liquidity management, covered Bonds and capital markets financings.
The team are seeking a mid-senior level finance associate with broad based finance experience, a bucket load of ambition, proactivity and who are knowledgeable on the structured finance industry. Strong academics and training a prerequisite.
