Our client school are looking for a strong HLTA with a drive to really make a difference within an often tough, challenging, yet rewarding school environment. Being a part of the team within the P.R.U. offers the chance to work on a one to one basis with pupils and to support in classes of 8-10 where pupils have emotional, social and behavioural difficulties. The ideal candidate would have similar experience and strong relationship building skills, with additional course training in Team Teach or similar (training can be provided for the right candidate).
