An unmissable opportunity has come up for an experienced Performance Analyst who has worked within the Financial Sector.

We require three Performance Analysts for contracts of varying lengths in the Leeds area. As the contracts are with a global banking organisation you will need to have worked within Finance, and will preferably have experience in the Banking Industry. Your main responsibilities will be around the performance of customer pension funds: providing the business with detailed analysis and reports, giving feedback to clients and making suggestions for improved outcomes.

You will be dealing with a variety of internal and external clients, so must have clear communication skills. Your thorough IT experience should include full use of Microsoft Office packages such as Excel; you must also be mathematically strong, as reports will involve technical calculations across a range of data. As a Performance Analyst you will also need to have a strong understanding of Investment Performance Measurement, preferably including knowledge of Modified Dietz performance methodology and the principles of attribution.
