<p><strong>Role: Deputy Manager</strong></p><p><strong>Location: Sheffield</strong></p><p>Salary: £16,000 OTE £25,000</p><p>Our client is looking for a Deputy Manager in the Sheffield area with retail management experience this role is paying OTE up to £25k.</p><p>Our client is a market leading electronics retailer with a reputation of delivering outstanding customer service. If so this role is ideal for someone looking for the next challenge.</p><p>As a Deputy Manager you will be able to;</p><p>-       Inspire the team to hit targets and deliver customer service that doesn`t just please - it delights.</p><p>-       Ensure the business performs consistently and at all levels.</p><p>-       Ensure there is compliance and good working practice in line with our policies and procedures</p><p>You will have experience of leading a team in addition to a strong sales background or a proven ability of successfully working towards targets.
