Our client is urgently looking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator. You will be required to post jobs on i-grasp CAS and then manage the process with managers to arrange and co-ordinate interviews, rejections and offer paperwork. The role will look after the mobilisation area of the business. Whilst it is Oxford based there may be on a very few occasions, a need to travel to Sheffield and back, to introduce yourself to the mobilisation team. It would be rare and only happen if absolutely necessary. The role will initially be until end of August
with a possible extension until mid Sept depending on volumes. Our client requires someone who has recruitment admin experience as you will need to hit ground running.
Person Specification
Recruitment Admin experience Knowledge of i-grasp system would be ideal
