My client schools are looking to snap up the best primary teaching assistants for this September. I am currently working with a number of Infant, Primary and Junior schools within the boroughs of BARNET, ISLINGTON and CAMDEN. They have already highlighted the importance to them in appointing the best individuals to becoming part of their team and supporting their pupils in different year groups.
Every school is different, with my clients ranging across State, Roman Catholic, Church of England and Jewish schools, providing a suitable environment for every short listed graduate. Here at Edustaff we use our knowledge and experience to assess your suitability for the different environments. We are looking for Primary teaching assistants able to work full time, for the entire academic year this September.
This is the perfect opportunity to develop on your previous child related experience, immersing yourself within a primary school environment ahead of a doctorate or teacher training the following academic year.
Positions available this year will be supporting pupils in different year groups. Your main aim and task is to support pupils in and out of class, cross curricular as well as those with additional needs; including ADHD, Speech & Language, ASD, behaviour issues and those with difficulty simply engaging with the curriculum. It is essential you are able to show empathy, a good work ethic and common sense...!!
