ON SITE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT!

An urgent requirement exists for a recruiter with a proven background in Telecoms and IT recruitment to work with our client.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrable background in technical recruitment; be confident, and have a naturally persuasive personality.

Successful candidates will be highly professional with first class communication and presentation skills and have the ability to liaise at every level of the business community. You will also possess high degrees of motivation, drive and commitment. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a solid career within a growing technology recruiter.

You will be working closely with managers within the business to ensure a thorough understanding of the business and it's requirements. Amongst other responsibilities, this role will be heavily focused on contract management and may also involve conducting pre-screen interviews on behalf of the client to ensure only the highest calibre of candidates are put forward.
