This is a fantastic opportunity to work for one of the UK's leading retail banks, offering a wide range of banking facilities to new and existing customers. This is a part time, permanent role and salary will be pro-rata, plus bonus and full benefits.

As a Customer Service Assistant based in a branch, you will be working face to face with customers and providing a high level of service. You will meet and greet customers and talk to them about products they are interested in knowing more about. You will be working within a team and collectively achieve branch targets. You will be required to use your people skills, let your personality shine through and ensure you are approachable, friendly and helpful at all times. This role will require you to build rapport with customers and provide positive influence.

You must have previous experience in a customer service role and be willing to work every Saturday. All candidates will be required to pass a number of integrity checks including a credit & fraud check.
