Senior Consultant Analyst

Our client is rapidly growing and therefore looking for a Senior Consultant Analyst to join their team, a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career.

Job Description:
Overall: responsible for the timely completion of external and internal project tasks.
" Lead, guide and coach the Analyst team
" Bring in new analytical ideas and tools
" Develop logical summary conclusions and recommendations
" Proactively seek and acquire an understanding of and exposure to our basic skill set
" Qualitative and quantitative research working on multiple projects at a time
" NPD/branding/ business intelligence
" Act as team member on projects providing data gathering, analysis and interpretation of quantitative and qualitative data
" Develop robust market models across multiple markets, industries, companies, product-sets and time-series
" Draft well written, structured reports, making appropriate use of business English
" Work on and develop presentable PowerPoint slides with accurate detail
" Marketing theory & application

Requirements:
" The intellectual demands of this role require a minimum of a 2:1 and previous strong academics
" Preferably 3 - 5 years of experience within a similar company
" Excellent numerical ability
" Commercial awareness and understanding of the core economic principles
" Proficiency using Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
" Advanced knowledge of Excel, experience using SPSS is preferable

Plus at least 3 of the following:
" Experience drafting and scripting online surveys
" Experience in trade-off techniques, such as Conjoint and MaxDiff
" Experience in survey analytics such as correlations, segmentation, regression
" Experience of market sizing and forecasting
" Experience managing suppliers and clients


Salary:
" 38K+ dependant on level of experience and benefits
