Due to growth and demand we are seeking an experienced innovative and entrepreneurially-minded Recruitment Consultant to join our London office.



We are seeking a legal recruitment consultant to focus on recruiting for the private practice market in London.


Applicants should have at least 2 years' experience of successfully recruiting into the private practice sector of law. The desk is warm with existing client relationships that can be picked up immediately.



Applicants at a more senior level (5 years+) would also be of interest and a management role could be offered for the right experience.

* You will be an experienced Legal Recruitment Consultant in private practice or in-house recruitment or possibly an Executive level recruiter.



Ideally you will:



* have a background in Law together with experience recruiting lawyers or senior level executive recruitment

* be highly motivated, proactive, sales-focused & results driven

* be a professional, honest and ethical team-player

* be pragmatic, commercially and entrepreneurially focused

* have an excellent reputation in the market and be able to build rapport with key stakeholders at all levels

* be an excellent communicator with strong negotiation, influencing and business development skills
