Client is urgently looking for a senior financial markets Programme Manager with experience of managing international project teams. The content of the assignment will involve the implementation of a treasury/liquidity/funding regulatory programme consisting of 11 sub projects -(FTP framework, Recovery Funding Plan, Risk Tolerance Statement, Internal Liquidity Pricing, Identification and measurement of Liquidity Risk, Funding Strategy, Collateral management, Stress testing, Liquid asset buffer). Responsibilities will include the overall management of the implementation teams including external vendors, overall resource planning and related budgets, regulator management, internal stakeholder management and coordination of central quality assurance. A technical affinity and a prior experience with trading systems such as Murex and Sophis are also desirable. English speaking role. Availability within two weeks is preferred. Rates flexible for exceptional candidates.
