Our client is one of the largest companies in the service sector that it serves.
Working as part of a fully integrated legal team you will provide support on operational and commercial risks on tenders, contracts as well as general business matters.
Primary duties include reviewing bid documentation (ITT, Ts and Cs), contract mark ups, negotiation of contractual terms and commercial positions, management and updating of standard documents including contract forms.
There will be lots of 'internal' client contact. Although this is a role for a general commercial lawyer ideally you will have experience of engineering and outsourcing contracts.
