Our client is seeking a Junior Support Analyst ( MS Exchange, Windows 2008, MS SQL Server, MS Office, External Customer Support, Product Support ) with some commercial experience supporting external clients in a 1st line or product support capacity. The successful Junior Support Analyst will have some experience of the following: MS Exchange, Windows 2008, MS SQL Server, MS Office.
This Junior Support Analyst ( MS Exchange, Windows 2008, MS SQL Server, MS Office, External Customer Support, Product Support ) responsibilities will include:
- Providing telephone and online support to external technical partners and customers.
- Product support and escalating cases that require greater analysis.
- Undertaking high-level feature testing of our client's product suite which runs on MS Exchange and MS SQL Server.
- Helping to prepare training sessions and assisting with running remote training sessions with external partners and customers.
- Reviewing product documentation to ensure information is accurate.
- Attending training courses as required.
Essential experience for this Junior Support Analyst ( MS Exchange, Windows 2008, MS SQL Server, MS Office, External Customer Support, Product Support ) is:
- 1-2+ years' experience supporting external client customer in a 1st line technical support, helpdesk, product support or service desk support capacity.
- Experience supporting 1 or more from: MS Exchange, Windows 2008, MS SQL SQL Server and MS Office.
- Excellent English verbal and written skills.
- Must be eligible to work in the UK.
