Dyson has approved a transformation programme in B2C Front Office organisations, processes and systems that interact with
consumers in Great Britain and Ireland, US and Canada. The business capabilities that interact with consumers include the
Contact Centre, Field Service/Repair Centres, Website and Direct Marketing. Each of these business capabilities have
Marketing processes eg data collection, timely offers/promotions, retention messages etc. that are currently supported in
individual processes and IT systems. Dyson has selected SAP CRM as a common IT system to support the transformation from
the current state.

The Business Process Analyst Marketing role is a core team member of the Front Office Programme whose role is to deliver
the Marketing business process re-design and SAP CRM solution for Great Britain and Ireland, US and Canada, protecting a
common template whilst meeting the needs of these individual Dyson markets.

This is what we need you to do...

The Business Process Analyst Marketing role is the key project team member who liaises with business stakeholders to
understand requirements and works with IT team members to bring those requirements to life in SAP CRM and then delivers
the solutions to the business.

This comprises:

* Business processes definition - identifying gaps for future releases and providing solutions which meet business
requirements at the optimum cost

* Business change - work with local stakeholders to identify business changes as a result of the Front Office programme
and ensure the changes are fed to the Project Management/Group Stakeholders network to co-ordinate their delivery
through the release

* Reporting & forms - identifying report & forms changes, and working with the reporting stream to ensure reports &
forms are well specified

* Interfaces - identify and work with the development stream to specify and develop necessary interfaces, and testing
with appropriate 3rd parties or internal teams

* Testing - work with business stakeholders to define test scenarios and ensure effective testing for the Marketing
stream

* Training - enhance training material for changes required as a result of enhancing the common template, and deliver
training sessions to end users

* Data migration & cutover - work with the Front Office team and GDM team to ensure data changes are understood.
Support the data migration & cutover activities

* Support - assist out-sourced support partner where required in supporting countries after Go Live.

The role will require foreign travel for periods of 1-5 weeks to support the roll-out of the Front Office solution in
Dyson international subsidiaries.

From now until Q3 2014, the role will reside in a project team after which the role will transition into a business as
usual role as a business analyst in IT. Any candidate will need to commit for the next 2 years in a project role followed
by a transition into IT as a longer term career path.

This is what we need you to have...

Essential:

* Experience of Direct Marketing processes in ideally using SAP CRM 7.0 Marketing.

* Experience of defining requirements for a Marketing segmentation/Datawarehouse ideally using SAP CRM 7.0
Marketing/SAP Business Warehouse.

* Experience of promotions and offers in Contact Centres ideally using SAP CRM 7.0 Interaction Centre.

* Experience of project delivery/business change within the CRM operational area

* Reviewing business processes

* Identifying areas for improvement

* Working with IT teams to turn business requirements into system specifications

* Testing the developed solution

* Handover/knowledge transfer/training to business users

* Motivated by improving business processes

* Process focus and detail orientated

* Strong written skills

* Ability to communicate complex ideas simply

* PC literate, experience of Microsoft Office especially MS Word and PowerPoint

* Experience of presenting on a 1:1 basis and to groups

* Determined to identify solutions and prepared to overcome obstacles to follow through plans to completion; focussed
on delivery

* Appreciation of the role of systems within business operations

Desirable:

* Experience of Field Service, Repair Centre & E-commerce business process

* Experience of SAP Real Time Offer Management (RTOM)

* Experience of SAP CRM 7.0 Service & SAP CRM 7.0 eCommerce

* Experience of full life cycle implementations of SAP CRM

* Knowledge of SAP Sybase platform and integration capabilities with SAP CRM

* Experience of producing SAP functional and technical documentation ie use cases with both functional and technical
views

* Understanding of relational/object database implementation & integration

* Good knowledge of Internet/Legacy system/Client Server architectures

* Working in cross-functional teams

* Working in multi-national/multi-lingual teams

* Understanding of the impact of major change
