Overview
Receptionist required to work in a part time temporary assignment in the Coundon area. Hours of work will be 8.30am-4.30pm Tuesdays and Wednesdays (x2 days per week). An enhanced CRB disclosure is required for this post.
Job
The post holder will be required to:
Meet and greet visitors
Answer incoming calls
Manage switchboard
Relay messages
Postal duties
General administration including faxing, filing, photocopying
Requirements
Experience working in a Receptionist position.
Remuneration
Hourly rate as below (PAYE).
