Property Litigation Newly Qualified - Buckinghamshire

Property Litigation Newly Qualified. A newly qualified solicitor who wishes to practice as a property litigation solicitor is offered the opportunity to join one of the UK's leading property litigation teams.

The position will be based in the firm's Milton Keynes or Reading offices.

Applications are sought from newly qualified or 1 year PQE solicitors who can demonstrate exposure to commercial property litigation work. Ideally this will include exposure to contentious landlord and tenant matters. Therefore, strong knowledge of the 1954 Act is key.

The successful newly qualified solicitor will also assist other property litigation solicitors with a broader range of property disputes.

Candidates should have strong academics, a seat in property litigation and training with a well regarded property litigation team.
