Our client, a local authority based in the West Midlands, are looking for a Childcare Solicitor to join their Legal Services Team.
This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate to work in a well respected local authority. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 years PQE in childcare law. The candidate will be expected to handle a caseload of care proceedings as well as conduct advocacy as required.
Local authority experience would be highly advantageous however candidates who have experience working in public law in private practice may also be considered. This position is initially for 3 months with the possibility of extension.
