Property Litigation Solicitor

Property litigation solicitor is offered an opportunity to join the Milton Keynes or Reading offices of this leading national solicitors practice . The firm have a large team of property litigation solicitors based in various locations across the country.

Applications are sought from associate solicitors who can demonstrate a proven track record in property litigation. This should focus on commercial property litigation and ideally will include specific exposure to the 1954 act. Solicitors who combine this with exposure to non landlord and tenant disputes will be highly regarded.

Candidates should have strong communication skills and be able to operate as part of a team environment. Self motivation and determination to progress your skill set within a national firm will be highly regarded.
