Commercial Property Solicitor

We are looking for a commercial property solicitor to join a well known heavyweight firm, based in the city centre. The team has an excellent profile in commercial property, handling a range of quality instructions including landlord and tenant and development work. It has a good structure of partner level, associate and junior commercial property lawyers, proving a real opportunity for an ambitious commercial property solicitor at the 3-5 year level to progress.

This firm can offer a broad base of both big brand PLC and SME clients, providing an excellent mix of commercial property work. An ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' commercial property experience from a well known national or regional firm, top academics and an eagerness to take on a hands on role in a growing team. This is a fast moving team where all fee earners are encouraged to work directly with clients and be actively involved in business development initiatives.

In a difficult commercial property market this is one team that has continued to grow and win new work. It presents an excellent city centre opportunity for a someone who is reaching a block at their current firm and looking for top quality commercial property work and progression.
