This prestigious client is URGENTLY seeking a high calibre banking & finance lawyer to join their Beijing team. The opportunity came from the busy work flow and increasing business needs, also as part of the long-term strategic plan of the practice expansion.

The essential requirements are as below:

1. Worked with/currently working with a leading international law firm, your PQE level should be between 3 - 5 years
2. If you have grown and been practising only in top PRC law firms, then at least 6 years' PQE is desired
3. Excellent experience of advising banking clients as arrangers/lenders on banking, secured and unsecured financing, syndicated loans, asset finance and project finance related transactions
4. Fully fluent in English and Mandarin, in both daily business communication and legal drafting
5. Highly motivated, communicative, and should be able to instruct junior associates
