A Team Assistant opportunity for an Executive Search firm based in the heart of the West End. The role is working for a
firm that specialises in front office and middle office recruitment.
This role is a team assistant position where you would report into the Office Manager and work alongside a group of
consultants. The role will involve the following:
- Diary Planning
- Email management
- Organise meetings
- Conference calls
- Travel and trip arrangements
- Responsible for the processing and payment of invoices
- General assistance with the team's work as required
- Filing and preparing starter and leaving files
- Competent on Microsoft Office particularly MS office and excel
- Credit Control
You will need the demonstrate the following:
- Process driven
- Attention to detail
- High self confidence
- Ability to prioritise
- Has the ability to deal with people from different background
- Able to cope in a dynamic environment
- High level of organisation and time management skills
- Ability to work towards deadline
