Practice Manager required to join this highly regarded and long established firm.
You will be used to dealing with the full range of practice management duties:-
Human resources - recruitment, staff holidays, sickness, appraisals and all relevant staff issues as they arise.
Office management - Liaising with suppliers, insurers, close contact with all fee earners.
Take an active role in development, marketing and networking for business development and growth of the firm.
Accounts - You will be used to dealing with solicitors accounts and assist the accounts department on an ongoing basis.
