Workshop Manager - Stansted

My client is currently looking for a new Workshop manager to come in and look after their site in Stansted. Candidates must have previous experience in similar a role within the HGV / Commercial or Plant industries.

Daily tasks will include:
The main duties and responsibilities are:
* Supervise and evaluate assigned staff;
* Develop and implement business plans concerning additional equipment and personnel requirements;
* Monitor department performance concerning quality and efficiency of repair processes;
* Provide priorities for technical problem solving by identifying training needs and requirements;
* Ensure technical manuals, documented procedures and service bulletins are available and used;
* Establish working relationships and coordination with all departments;
* Perform other duties and assume other responsibilities as assigned;
* Deputise for service centre manager when required.

Qualifications:
IOSH / NEBOSH desirable but not essential
CPC desirable
Good general level of education
Good knowledge of mechanical / engineering is desirable

In return my client are offering 30-35k, 25 days holiday + Pension
