Office Manager - Part Time up to 25,000 pro rata - Southampton

My client a leading property consultancy is looking for an exceptionally multi-talented Office Manager to become part of their growing innovative team.

Job Role:

Working with the company Directors on a one to one basis and building the backbone of the business.

Duties include:
Accounts Payable - tracking incoming invoices and producing financial reports
Organising travel and accommodation
Management of the office facilities and infrastructure
Tracking business development opportunities and following up with Consultants
Assisting with the preparation of presentations and reports
Project Management
HR duties including development of policies and procedures and the oversight of annual appraisals
Organisation of induction programmes for new employees
Ordering of stationary and supplies
General Administration

The ideal candidate for this role will have an enthusiastic and energetic approach to their workload along with initiative to manage it.
Attention to detail is essential as there will be lots of data analysis and reporting using Excel.

You will have excellent communication skills and be able to communicate with people at all levels
