The Position: Field Sales Executive-Telecoms

My Client based in London are currently looking to recruit an experienced Field Sales Executive/Account Manager to sell
their brand of telecommunication products.

The position is for a proactive Field Based Telecoms Sales Agent, who acts as the point of contact for customer(s) within
the local SME market. He/she is responsible for delivering against targets, as well as engaging with others to deliver
customer requirements as necessary.

The role:
*Typically responsible for a number of small - medium sized accounts, or in some instances, as the single point of
contact for larger clients
*Point of contact for customers
*Meeting customers face-to-face, in order to get to know and understand their business
*Actively building and developing relationships with customers
*Advising customers on the best solutions to help them make the most out of information and communication technology
*Proactively selling the companys extensive product portfolio to customers
*Responsible for meeting challenging sales targets through pro-actively selling products and services to business
customers
*Meeting customers' future needs and guiding them through the changes towards converged solutions
*To ensure customer satisfaction, including prompt dealing with customer complaints or concerns
*Develop a good knowledge and understanding of the product and service portfolio, for example, telephone system
technologies including VOIP, convergent voice and data systems, broadband, I.T, mobile and data
*To maintain knowledge of, and report upwards on, new developments in the market place, especially with regard to
accounts and prospects.
