Austin Fraser are looking for a Training and Development Manager
You will be developing the training for over 5000 employees across field based staff to impact on Customer Services and experiences including upto 200 fte within the contact centre (mix of inbound and outbound).
This initiative is to drive the behavioural change to both field and contact centre staff, you must come from a customer service background working in performance management and change delivery.
Essential skills
Experience working on a project to look at how the wider operational and change initiative will Impact there customer journey focusing on the behavioural change of the internal staff.
*Proven ability to coach, train and motivate commercial contact centre leadership and management level staff
*Passion for improving the overall customer service experience
*High energy, ability to engage with your teams and challenge the status quo
*Relevant commercial experience, proven ability to deliver tangible results
The interim Training and Development manager will hold full accountability for the overall development of the training structure and performance, and will bring team leader capabilities more in line with 'performance coaches'.
