Our client is an external furniture specialists supplying a nationwide customer base; a vibrant, growing company with high targets to meet and exceed for 2012 - now requiring an Office Manager. A key role reporting directly to the managing partner, it is essential that you are reliable, organised and disciplined, a great communicator, able to engender loyalty and unity throughout the team, it is essential that you have had previous management experience.

You will oversee all office based operations such as IT systemisations and processes, legal compliance, Health and Safety, quality control, administration, purchasing and distribution. Experience in these areas will be beneficial but the main criteria is that you will be solutions minded and a key mover in their drive for creating a culture of continuous improvement. this role is only for those who can calmly deal with reverse delegation and the daily pressure whilst keeping all teams motivated.
