As Ladbrokes continues to grow we are seeking a Customer Development Manager to join the Retail Customer Development Team based at our Head Office. Reporting to the Head of Customer Development - Retail & Multi Channel, the role will provide a range of duties including the following:
* Develop, implement and optimise the CRM and Rewards programme
* Manage the planning and implementation of the CRM program focusing around relevant events and key triggers utilising all forms of messaging and communication
* Create advanced offer and customer segmentation plans to drive ROI
* Establishing reward systems to encourage behaviours that help maximise the value delivered to and received from the customer
* Forecasting and planning using key events and customer segmentation
* Developing effective cross sell activity to maximise value
* Collation of reporting and analyses from the Analytics team to support the planning and strategy decision making process
The Customer Development Manager should have proven record of working in a CRM/Marketing role with people management experience and a degree in marketing or equivalent experience. You should be able to demonstrable customer-centric thinking, be highly numerate, commercially aware and have the ability to create and implement processes. IT skills will include use of MS Office applications (Excel, Word etc). Previous experience with specialist marketing and statistical software including Alterian and SPSS would be advantageous as would knowledge of Reward Schemes or previous experience in the betting and gaming industry.
