The Beijing office of my client is looking for a junior corporate lawyer. This is a well-established law firm with a strong corporate team handling both inbound and outbound high profile M&A transactions.
As a candidate, you should be PRC admitted or passed the Bar exam, and have at least 2 years post qualification experience in corporate transactions. Essentially you have been involved in large-scale M&A transactions and proficient with drafting the transaction documents. As a team player, excellent communication skills and high proficiency in English are desirable. Candidate should be either working with a top domestic law firm or has international law firm experience (preferably).
