Commercial Property NQ

We are working for a national firm with a growing Manchester office. The team is looking for a commercial property NQ to join the team.

This firm has an excellent national reputation in commercial property work. In Manchester the team has been growing steadily despite difficult economic circumstances. They are winning new commercial property work from a range of clients including developers, investors, landowners, occupiers and lenders. A further need has arisen for a junior solicitor to join the team.

This role will be varied and hands on, working for a range of partners in the team including the head of department who has an excellent reputation in commercial property both in the North West and nationally. The work will be top quality, including handling landlord and tenant, development and property finance matters. This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the highest profile commercial property teams in the market within a big brand national firm.

Ideal candidates will have connections in the North West and at least one commercial property seat from a well known national or regional firm. Solid academics, including a 2:1 degree are also important. This role will involve direct client contact, so confidence taking responsibility and an enthusiasm for networking and business development is key.
