Personal Injury Team Leader

A Team Leader is wanted to manage a hard working team of Personal Injury litigation professionals.

Managing defendant matters for a leading insurer the team focuses on RTA matters, dealing with a purely litigated
caseload through to conclusion.

The RTA Team leader will motivate members to achieve personal targets and to progress and develop their own personal
skill sets. The Team Manager will manage a smaller caseload while acting as a point of referral for less experienced team
members.

Applications are invited from Personal Injury Legal Executives/FILEX or Fee Earners who are looking to apply their
supervisory experience in a top UK law firm environment. Legal Executives may have previous experience in defendant but
applications are encouraged from Fee Earners who have also supervised in a structured claimant environment.
