Major professional services firm based out of Chicago is seeking highly skilled, energetic, and experienced Hyperion Associates to implement, plan, configure, design, build, test, build, test, go live and post production support.
Responsibilities:
Must be proficient in the following:
* Configuration of Hyperion Essbase and planning applications.
* Communication of technical aspects of system configuration to functional decision makers.
* Evaluation of business process and fit/gap analysis.
* Analysis of reporting needs, and design and testing of reports (smartview, financial reporting, and or web/analysis).
* Solution design, evaluation and communication.
* Creation of functional design documentation
* Development and execution of test scripts.
* Development of end user training targeted to client needs.
Requirements:
* Hands on experience with current/recent versions of the Hyperion planning and forecasting tool (version 9x or later consistent with the job description.
* Extensive knowledge of planning and forecasting methodology using Hyperion.
