Our client a successful and thriving water treatment company is presently looking for a Legionella Risk Assessor to work on a mix of sites from schools, hospitals in around the West London/M4 corridor area.

Ideally, the applicant must have attended an approved Risk Assessment course, ideally City and Guilds or have had internal training courses and must have previous experience working within this role and within the water treatment industry. Ideally, they are looking for an individual who is willing to learn other aspects of water hygiene, although will offer training for the Confined spaces, H&S courses etc.

The Role:

Carrying out Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 risk assessments, producing schematic drawings and final documents including for clients.

Part of the role is providing recommendations and prices for remedial works, routine control measures through to quotations, and carrying out such works based on the risk assessment.

Writing up reports and attending meetings with clients to discuss findings of reports.

You will have good working knowledge of commercial and industrial water systems, supplies and water regulations governing these.

In general, the successful candidates will be flexible, have good client facing skills, have good communication skills, both written and verbal and would be able to complete risk assessments in more detailed content.
