An exciting vacancy has arisen for an Assistant Property Manager for a leading residential lettings and property management company at one of their market leading offices in Central London.

The ideal applicant will need to have a proven track record within property management and be able to effectively manage a large portfolio of managed properties. Therefore strong attention to detail with excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for this role.

This is a varied role within a friendly and successful team making the work environment a great place to be in. A willingness and enthusiasm to learn is required with the ability to achieve set targets.

An incentivised remuneration package is offered to reward achievement and contribution to business growth which includes a competitive basic salary plus bonus and an opportunity for career progression within the company.

ARLA training will be provided as well as numerous in-house training courses paid for by the company.
