.Net Developer C#, ASP.Net, VB.Net, Sharepoint, Professional Services

.Net Developer (C#, ASP.Net, Sharepoint) required by a leading 300+ user professional services firm based in London City. You will be part of the Business Transformation Team responsible for providing innovative; cutting edge technical solutions in line with the firms plan to continuously improve a range of business critical systems.

This is a varied and client facing .Net Developer (C#, ASP.Net, SharePoint) role where you will be responsible for the full lifecycle development of new systems. This would involve analysing requirements and the design and development of new systems.

Other responsibilities include:-

As the Technical Development expert within the firm, be responsible for assessing business requirements and defining workflows

Prepare functional design specifications, prototypes for evaluation, and describe data that can be used to test the solution.

Technical Analysis and design

Developing package solutions such as SharePoint (Content Management), Finance, Intranet Extranet, Document Automation etc.

As a Developer, ideally your core skill set should include a combination of .Net, C#, Vb.Net, SQL Server. Experience working in a professional services firm (e.g. Insurance, Accountancy, Consultancy, Legal, Banking etc.) is also beneficial. The offers the opportunity to gain more development experience with Sharepoint as the firm are in the process of rolling it out across key systems.
