Regional Marketing Executive
Based in Nottingham / Leicester
Salary up to £30,000 + Excellent Benefits

One of the UK's leading professional services companies is currently looking to recruit an intelligent and creative Regional Marketing Executive to help cover the East Midlands. The company is the 7th largest accounting firm in the UK and is recognised as one of the most progressive and entrepreneurial in the country.

Reporting to the Regional Marketing Manager, you will provide marketing support to the East Midlands region, helping to ensure the efficient implementation of marketing activity that serves to reinforce and strengthen the firm's national strategy.

Typical activities will include assisting in the production and distribution of marketing material, PR, advertising, sponsorship, assisting with lead generation through direct mail and e-shots, arranging events and database management, plus supporting the implementation of CRM strategies. You may also be required to assist with the implementation of national marketing initiatives on occasion. The role will be based in either Nottingham, or Leicester however regular travel between the regional offices will be necessary. A full driving licence will therefore be required.

The ideal candidate will be CIM qualified or working towards it, with marketing experience within an accountancy or a professional services environment. You will be able to demonstrate a good knowledge of the types of accounting and financial services provided to SMEs and large scale corporate bodies, but also have the desire and ability to learn quickly on new subject areas.

You will display strong knowledge of the full marketing mix, from campaign planning to implementation and follow up, plus the ability to maintain budgetary control, monitor performance results and produce clear and concise campaign reports. You will be an excellent communicator with strong writing, presentation, organisation and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and show good initiative.
