Permanent positions for Loft and Cavity Wall Surveyors. One of the UK ??s leading suppliers of loft and cavity wall surveys urgently require both loft and cavity wall surveyors. These are field based role. You will be part of a team reporting to the Regional Surveyor Manager. You will be responsible for the sale of energy efficient solutions to customers in their home with the objective of generating profit and securing customer loyalty.
The successful candidates will be expected to carry out full internal surveys on loft and wall cavitities to ensure the customer is matched to the correct product. Once a full survey is carried out, all necessary information must be fully explained to the customer to ensure they are aware of all work required and associated timescales.
You will have a practical aptitude to deal with home surveys and numerical skills to create an accurate specification/quotation. In order to produce the specification you will need to check all parts of a customer ??s home. This could include some awkward to reach areas, such as lofts or cellars.
The successful candidate will have the drive and determination to achieve performance targets. As well as revenue and conversion you will also be targeted on survey quality and customer satisfaction.
Experience of working within the energy or renewable sectors is an advantage but not essential.

Our loft and cavity surveyors receive a generous remuneration package, including a basic of 16000 per annum and commission (OTE 30000). There is also a range of benefits provided, including 28 days holiday allowance.
