Our client is successful SME sized group of businesses who looking to recruit a new Finance Manger to lead the accounts function in a fully autonomous role. Reporting directly into the MD, the Finance Manager will be responsible for the management accounting of 5 business units in hands on role where you can shape the business to match your style. Duties include producing management accounts, year end, forecasting cash flows, budget setting producing and reviewing balance sheet reconciliations, liaising with banks external auditors TAX, payroll and managing a small team.
The ideal candidate will be a Qualified Accountant with strong a technical ability, who has experience working with owner managed/SME sized businesses and group accounts.
This is the ideal role for a Finance Manager looking for fully autonomous, hands on role with a successful and growing group of business. There are great opportunities for further progression to FD; my client is interested in finding a Finance Manager who is looking for a long term career.
