UK Learning & Development Coordinator

The Learning & Development Coordinator is a key support for the Kantar Worldpanel UK & Ireland business and Learning & Development (L&D) team, by ensuring that the training programme logistics are accurately co-ordinated, feedback collected and reported, and that L&D communication is clear and consistent across the business.
The L&D Coordinator will report to the Learning & Development Leader, and work closely with the L&D team to ensure we continually meet the business needs.

We need you to be great with the finer details, having your finger on the pulse of all that's going on therefore you will have loads of energy and enthusiasm to keep things running smoothly.
WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
You will support the Learning & Development team by managing the logistical & administrative details of training courses. This includes the course scheduling; booking of trainers, rooms, venues & catering; tracking attendance & spend; and printing course materials as necessary. You will also need to liaise with trainers & external venue providers ensuring they are supplied with the necessary details for sessions to run seamlessly.
* Support training improvement - by collating & reporting on feedback for all courses, highlighting key issues or suggestions for improvement.
* Support the induction of new starters - through one to ones & liaising with their managers.
* Facilitate L&D communication - Maintaining the L&D Intranet content, improving look & feel of training materials and generating new ideas for communication.
PERSON SPECIFICATION
* Experience of coordinating programmes & organising multiple events simultaneously
* Experience of working to and meeting deadlines in a business environment is something that you will be able to demonstrate effectively in your cover letter
* Microsoft Office essential - Intermediate level (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, & Word)
* Experience with Surveymonkey.com is a distinctive advantage
* Evidence of taking an active interest in training & development
* Communicating & building relationships at all levels is something you're passionate about
